All possible quilting selections are available to you. Patterns, thread colors, batting, etc. If we don’t have it, we will get it. We don’t restrict you to a few choices.
These are our General categories of quilting services and pricing
Simple Edge to Edge (E2E)
A simple pattern is stitched from one edge to the other over the entire quilt. This is what most high volume Longarmers provide and it is very suitable for most quilts. You need only select an appropriate pattern and let us know.
We have access to thousands of quilt patterns through Gammill and from various pattern designers so that we can help you create beautiful Edge to Edge quilts. If you would like us to choose a pattern for you, we would be glad to. We would like to work with you to choose patterns that best fit the quilt theme or to add that special personal touch. So, we suggest that you look through the patterns available through the designers listed below and pick a few that you like. Send us screen shots or links to the site. If you would rather use patterns from other designers, we only ask that you choose digitized patterns, compatible with Gammill. Please also be aware that even the best patterns may need some adjustment and some just aren’t good enough to use. During this process, we will preview them, test them and discuss them with you. Then together, we will decide on the very best design for your quilt.

- Wasatch Quilting Is a supplier we work with frequently because of their good quality and large selection.
- Urban Elementz Has a large selection of good quality designs and we use them regularly.
- Intelligent Quilting Another supplier we use regularly for good quality and large selection.
- There are many others. Pick what you like. We will work with you.
Thread colors can also be chosen by you, or just leave it to us to decide. We use Superior Thread (Sofine, Omni, Magnifico and Twist).
Semi-Custom Quilting
This service is suitable for piecing that would benefit from special emphasis. This includes stitching patterns within individual blocks or areas of the quilt, borders, sashings etc. The suppliers listed above have block, border and other patterns for this use. We will work with you to chose special quilt patterns for inside blocks, or borders.
Custom elements
When you need special effects or are preparing a quilt for show then it will probably be need some Custom elements. Modern quilt designs, stitch in the ditch, trapunto, and multiple color changes can elevate your requirements. It will most probably involve manual tieoff for a cleaner look. These are the elements that we most enjoy and the final result will certainly be most cherished by you. We will discuss with you every aspect of this work until you have what you want.
Other Services
We commonly provide many services for you that are not included in longarm quilting at no cost. Usually this comes when we need to do things like iron out creases that happen during shipping and other common requirements. If we see anything above this that we feel should be done, like piecing not ironed flat, fullness in blocks or borders, backings not square, we will contact you to authorize any extra work.
