When you are ready to submit your quilt for quilting, please use the “checklist” provided here and make sure your quilt is ready. Once you have all in order please fill out the “Submission Form” provided here. Once this form is submitted, the form will be forwarded to 2 Tubs Quilting and you will get an email confirming that the form was submitted. The confirmation email will give you instructions on packaging and shipping your quilt. Your quilt will be added to the queue as soon as we receive the form.
Upon receipt of your quilt at 2 Tubs we will measure and inspect your submission to determine what you are requesting and make sure that we have all of the supplies needed. We will let you know if we discover any issues that should be addressed before we begin quilting. These issues are covered in the checklist for submission. You will be notified at every stage of our preparation, especially if we identify a problem that requires any work that we would need to charge for. Your quilt will be quilted in the order that the submission form is received as long as the actual quilt top is received timely.
We are in a Smoke Free and Pet Free environment.
In the event that you have a special need for delivery time, we will try to accommodate your needs as long as other customers are not negatively affected – let us know as soon as possible.
Disclaimer
Fullness/puckers cannot always be quilted out, we do not guarantee that they will not be sewn in.
In some cases excessive fullness or dense patterns may cause the quilt to not be square.
Quilting is an art and not an exact science. Minor imperfections are normal
Mechanical Disclaimer
Sewing machines are mechanical devices. Despite careful maintenance, mechanical problems may occur and cause damage to a quilt top or back.
Authorization
By signing the Submission Form you are indicating that you have read and understand the above disclaimers. Also that you have reviewed the entries on the Submission Form and agree to and authorize that work to be completed on your quilt by 2 Tubs Quilting.
If the quilt is displayed in a show or publication, you agree to credit the machine quilting to 2 Tubs Quilting.
Charges
We will provide an initial estimate of your charges as soon as we can. We will also notify you if and before any additional charges are incurred. You understand that you are financially responsible for the cost of services as requested.
Payment
Payment in full is due when you pick up your quilt or before we ship it to you. We prefer personal check but will accept cash if you are picking up the quilt. You can also use Credit Cards and PayPal to remit payment if you wish. Thank you for your patience.
